Studi0 Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 September 2026.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Studi0 is operated by M1 ("we", "us", "our") at studi0.app. These terms apply to every person and organisation that creates an account, joins a workspace, connects a social media account or otherwise uses Studi0. By using Studi0 you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Studi0 is currently in private development. Access is by invitation only and may be changed, paused or withdrawn while we complete verification of the service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Workspace owners decide who is a member, what role each member holds and which social accounts are connected.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Studi0.

3. Connected social media accounts

  • You may only connect a social media account, Page or profile that you own or are explicitly authorised to manage.
  • Connecting an account authorises Studi0 to perform only the actions you approve in the product, such as verifying the destination, scheduling and publishing approved content, and reading publication results.
  • You must comply with the terms, community standards and platform policies of each connected platform, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Those platforms may change or withdraw access at any time and we are not responsible for their decisions.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time from the workspace. Scheduled publications for that account are cancelled; content already published remains on the platform unless you remove it there.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload, write or approve in Studi0. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, including images, music, trademarks and third-party material, and for the accuracy and legality of your content.
  • You must not use Studi0 to publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing or spam content, to impersonate others, or to evade platform enforcement.
  • Optional AI assistance produces suggestions only. Nothing is published without an explicit approval of the exact revision by a member with the required role. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before approval.

5. Publishing and scheduling

  • Studi0 attempts to publish approved content at the scheduled time in the workspace's time zone. Delivery depends on the connected platform and your credentials remaining valid. We do not guarantee that any post will be published at an exact moment or at all.
  • When a platform response is unclear, Studi0 records the outcome as unknown and asks you to reconcile it rather than retrying automatically. You should check the platform before retrying.
  • Workspace owners can pause all publishing at any time. Pausing does not recall a request the platform has already accepted.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access Studi0 by any means other than the interfaces we provide, or attempt to probe, scan or bypass its security;
  • use another person's credentials, or share your credentials with others;
  • reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • upload malware, or use the service in a way that harms it, its users or the connected platforms.

7. Fees

During private development Studi0 is provided without charge. If we introduce paid plans we will give you notice and the opportunity to accept the new terms before any fee applies.

8. Availability, changes and termination

  • We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Studi0. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
  • We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaches these terms, creates risk for other users or connected platforms, or is required to be closed by law or a platform.
  • You may close your account or request deletion of your data at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Studi0 is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, audience, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Studi0 or from the actions of any connected platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or GBP 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may rely on the mandatory protections of the country where they live.
