Support and security reporting

Studi0 is in private development and supported directly by the M1 team. Use the routes below; each goes to a monitored mailbox.

Product support

Email sammy@fetchapp.cc with the subject line "Studi0 support". Include the workspace name, the page you were on, what you expected and what happened. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

For a scheduled post that did not publish, open Workspace control, note the attempt state (queued, submitting, failed, unknown or provider-confirmed) and the time shown, and include those in your message. Studi0 does not retry an unknown outcome automatically; we will help you reconcile it against the platform.

Reporting a security vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in Studi0 or studi0.app, email sammy@fetchapp.cc with the subject line "Studi0 security report". Please include steps to reproduce, the affected URL or component, and any proof-of-concept.

  • We acknowledge reports within three working days.
  • Please give us a reasonable period to investigate and fix before public disclosure, and do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours.
  • Testing against connected social media accounts you do not own, or against Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or X infrastructure, is out of scope and may breach those platforms' terms.

Data access, export and deletion

Workspace owners can request an export of workspace data or deletion of an account and its data. Email sammy@fetchapp.cc from the address associated with your account. We verify the request before acting and respond within one month, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Connected platform data

Disconnecting a social account in Studi0 cancels its scheduled publications and removes the stored credential. Content already published to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok or X remains on that platform and is managed through the platform's own tools. Meta users can also remove Studi0 from Facebook or Instagram app settings; we honour platform-initiated deauthorisation and data-deletion callbacks.

Service status and incidents

If publishing is paused for an incident, the workspace shows a pause banner with the reason and the time it was set. We will contact workspace owners by email about any incident that affects their scheduled content or data.
